Approach

RIA adopts a standard methodology to develop knowledge solutions. Our 5-D approach splits the development of a project into five crucial activities. They are

Define : The scope of the project is defined clearly with regard to the needs and expectations of the client.

Deduce : The functional requirements and specifications are worked out and documented for confirmation by the customer.

Design : A system that fulfills all the specified requirements is designed and its feasibility is verified.

Develop and Diagnose : A solution that incorporates all the design features is developed, tested for proper functioning and sent for customer endorsement.

Deliver and Deploy : The final product is delivered to the customer in the format requested or deployed at client’s location for use.

At every stage, the client approval is sought to ensure that their needs are transformed smoothly into relevant and reliable solutions. Our standard and quality procedures have helped us achieve complete customer satisfaction in all our assignments. We continue our relationship with our customers through regular evaluation and maintenance activities.
